Issaka started his professional career with club giant Accra hearts of oak SC in 2014 after earning promotion from the club youth team a year before. Gradually the bulky forward impressed the senior team coach which led to him featuring in some couple of games as a substitute, 8 matches 3 goals scoring a brace on his debut game. In 2016 top-flight side Bechem United hired the services of the uprising young striker for a season having appeared 10 times scoring 5 goals in the premier league. After the first round of the league with Bechem, The same year he joined Danbort FC a division 1 side on a 3yrs contract. Issaka established himself very well with his current club as he got enough playing time, This enabled him score more goals & qualified his team to the FA cup quarter final against his formal club Accra hearts of oak in 2017, however they lost by a goal. After that stunning performance in the FA cup he had the opportunity early 2018 to go on a trail tournament with MLS player combine team Nemeziz USA. Negotiation did not go well with few clubs that showed interest in the forward, he returned home & captained his team throughout the 2018-2019 NC competition.
